Southern Hills is a church that is actively involved in the mission of Jesus in our community and throughout the world. Each year, many of our members participate in short-term “Let’s Go” mission trips to spread the love and message of Jesus, and to join God in the good works being done near and far. Those who attend these trips are able to apply for financial assistance to cover up to one-half of the trip, not to exceed $1200. Our International Missions Team (IMT) will review each request and contact applicants after prayerful consideration.
To apply for financial assistance, please complete each of the following three requirements:
Write a one-page narrative of your spiritual journey, and email it to brenda@sohillschurch.org.
Write a one-page summary of Peter’s sermon in Acts 2, and email it to brenda@sohillschurch.org.
Ask a Southern Hills elder, minister, or ministry leader to submit a letter of recommendation on your behalf. Letters can be emailed to brenda@sohillschurch.org.
