Students who will be entering 5th grade through recent high school graduates (current 4th-12th graders) are invited to SHSM Camp at Camp Akiva, June 2-6 (Monday-Friday). This year's theme is "Unqualified," based on Jeremiah 1:4-10. Find more information and register by using the link below.

EXPLORE
Students who will be entering 5th and 6th grade
June 18-20

Students will partner with local outreach organizations and ministries, exploring opportunities to serve in our own city. Our days will include service, learning, quiet times, fun, and small group discussions so that we can reflect on our experiences together and individually. Use the link to learn more and to register.

FORTRESS MISSION TRIP
Students who will be entering 7th and 8th grade
July 13-17

"Fortress" is a faith-based nonprofit organization in Ft. Worth that provides year-round academic, social-emotional, and concrete support for children and their families as they work to achieve stability, health, and happiness. Our students will be paired with Fortress students and spend most of each day participating in spiritual and academic activities, as well as eating, playing, worshiping, and hanging out together. Each night, students will take part in fun activities all over the Fort Worth Area. Find more information and register by using the link below.

NEW MEXICO MISSION TRIP (MESCALERO)
Students who will be in high school
June 29-July 5

Students will spend a week serving a group of Native American people known as the Mescalero Apache. Like many Native American people, the Mescalero hold a deep respect for their elders—and consider taking good care of the elderly to be of utmost importance. For that reason, we will be spending time with and helping provide repairs that will provide health and safety for the elderly residents — projects like building porches, sturdy steps, wheelchair ramps, and painting to protect siding. In addition, we’ll have times to worship and connect along with other youth groups.

DRY BONES MISSION TRIP (DENVER)
Upper high school
July 27-August 3

Incoming 11th graders through high school graduates are invited to spend time with homeless young people on the streets of Denver. We will spend the first half of our trip on an Elevations experience, where we will camp at a state park near Winterpark, CO, and hike during the day - all to prepare us for our time in the city. The second half of the trip will be spent in downtown Denver with the young homeless population there, as we serve alongside Dry Bones staff.
